Mavericks Beer Station is a beer restaurant that opened in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture in August 2020. We offer authentic German Reinheitsgebot draft beer and food to make the beer even more tasty.
The use of special filling machines and bottles has made it possible to provide fresh draft beer for both takeout and delivery.

This beer is made in accordance with the world's oldest food ordinance, the Reinheitsgebot (Beer Purity Law) which was enacted in Bavaria, Germany in 1516 and is still in effect today. This law limits the ingredients of beer to just barley, hops, water, and yeast. This is one of the reasons why Germany is considered a leader when it comes to beer. A wide variety of food is also available. Whether you are looking for a snack to go with your beer, a side dish, or a quick lunch, you can enjoy these dishes in the restaurant or through delivery and takeout.
When beer is exposed to air, its flavor tends to deteriorate due to oxidation. The beer taps used in restaurants are perfect for drinking on the spot but not for selling by volume. We use factory-grade carbon dioxide filling to replace the oxygen with carbon dioxide and seal the freshness of the beer into the containers.
The container is also important in maintaining the freshness of the beer. We carefully select containers from all over the world and directly import special growler containers from Munich, Germany. We deliver fresh beer in these airtight containers to keep both the carbonation and flavor intact.
